Sonia Zanandrea is a talent recruiter at Cherry Ventures, where she brings her extensive expertise in identifying and nurturing top talent. Before joining Cherry, she worked at Planet A Foods, a food tech startup in Munich and a portfolio company of ours.

With a background in Human Resources and Recruiting, Sonia holds a joint master's degree in European Trade and Climate Diplomacy from Luiss Guido Carli University and the Centre International de Formation Européenne, along with a bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, she loves fostering connections across people and cultures. Sonia has lived and worked across Europe and beyond, and prides herself on her ability to engage and build connections with people from all walks of life.
