Tatiana works as the Executive Director of Talent Advisory at Cherry. She has over 12 years of experience working closely with founders in early-stage startups on hiring and talent growth. Her daily work at Cherry involves overseeing people operations and HR processes in Cherry and supporting the portfolio founders in all things relating to human capital, including building leadership teams, internal recruiting and international expansion.

She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of California, San Diego, and a master's degree in economics from the London School of Economics. She speaks French, English, Spanish, and Hebrew. After living for many years in London, Tel Aviv, California, Madrid, and Barcelona, she decided to finally settle in Berlin. We’re pretty happy about that.
