Victor is a Principal at Cherry Ventures, focusing on investments across B2B and B2C software in the DACH region, where he works closely with ambitious founders at the earliest stages.

He first fell in love with 0–1 building when bootstrapping his own re-commerce marketplace in the fashion space, learning firsthand what it takes to get a company off the ground without outside funding. Wanting to see the other side of the table, he joined Rocket Internet’s Flash Ventures, where he worked with founders from the pre-idea stage onward and experienced what it means to build companies on the venture-backed path. Before joining Cherry, Victor was a Principal at Speedinvest, where he started in the Marketplaces and Consumer team and later built the firm’s incubation studio, backing founders as they turn ideas into companies.

Victor holds a Master’s degree in Business from WHU. Based in Berlin, he spends much of his time across the DACH region scouting and supporting founders. Outside of work, he trains for marathons and has competed in the German Weightlifting Championships, a mix of speed and endurance that, to him, reflects the rhythm of company building. He also enjoys cooking, often gathering friends around the table.
