Lexi, our Fund Operations Associate, has been part of Cherry since 2017. Before joining Cherry, she worked as an office manager and junior SEA manager at Magine TV, a Swedish startup based in Berlin.

Lexi’s organisational know-how bears a likeness to a film set, where everything happens right where and when it’s supposed to. And that’s actually not a far fetched analogy at all, as Lexi used to work in the film industry as a production and project manager. She’s got that certain movie magic about her.

What’s your best advice for founders?

I’ll quote Hakan Koç, the founder of AUTO1 for this: "Always know your current account balance. No matter the time of day. If asked, you should know the exact cent of your current balance."

What inspires you?

Being a part of something bigger. Being a part of something that has an impact. Being a part of something that could shape the future of many.
