Ben is the VP, Talent and People at Cherry in London. He brings over a decade of experience building VC-backed tech companies like Monzo and Improbable, and hiring at scale. He’s also a founder, so the neccessary empathy is hardwired in. At heart, he’s a connector and builder - happiest bringing great people together and helping ambitious teams move faster.

Fun fact: before moving into tech, Ben spent five years playing golf professionally.
