At Cherry, we are committed to partnering with founders throughout their growth journey and the same could be said for members of our own team. Today, we’re thrilled to share that Max Brückner has been promoted to principal.

We first met Max in 2020 as the ink was still drying on his German bar exam. Suffice it to say, we’re so happy he picked the Cherry office over the courtroom. His legal background, can-do attitude, founder-obsessed mindset, and entrepreneurial understanding make him a key player on the Cherry team and within the broader portfolio.

Since joining Cherry full-time in January 2021, Max has also grown as a team leader, helping run our intern program. Based in our Berlin office, he supports both our DACH and our fintech coverage alongside companies like Mondu, bunch, Fullview, Pemo, Moss, Qlub, and another fintech soon to be announced.
