As the Head of Talent Advisory, Louisa supports Cherry founders in matters involving recruiting top-notch global talent, hypergrowth, and scaling. Louisa is passionate about using data for strategic decision-making, advising on operational excellence, process optimization, or performance improvement – she knows how to make things work.
Louisa has lived in the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America, UAE, and CIS – and the experience she brings from those international journeys, including having founded her own talent search agency, is why we’re so lucky have her with us. Besides all things data, Louisa is passionate about diversity, equality, and inclusion, which shines through her way of fostering an environment where everyone feels like they belong.
